16th Debt Management Congress – EDC among the speakers

On 18–19 September 2025, Wrocław hosted the 16th Debt Management Congress, organised by the Association of Financial Companies in Poland. This is one of the most important industry events, which every year brings together financial market experts, representatives of debt collection companies, credit institutions, lawyers and suppliers of technologies supporting debt management.

EDC Expert was also present at this year’s edition. Our company was represented by Maciej Frukacz, President of the Management Board, who took part in technology workshops. He gave a lecture entitled ‘Lettershop 2.0 – hybrid debt collection. How to combine direct mailing with digital to recover debts more effectively’.

The presentation showed how modern EDC solutions enable effective integration of traditional and digital channels in communication with debtors. The hybrid approach combines the power of personalised direct mailing with the speed and convenience of digital channels, increasing the effectiveness of debt collection activities and improving the recipient’s experience. EDC is proud to be part of these changes, providing tools that support financial institutions and businesses in effectively recovering debts and building modern customer service.

The Debt Management Congress is the largest regular industry event, providing a venue for meetings and open discussion on the most current issues concerning the state and prospects of the debt management sector. The congress addresses issues such as the legislative environment and legal changes, the macroeconomic environment, the use of technology in the sector, financing of operations, the NPL market and many others.
