Multisensual directmail engages touch, sight and hearing. Upon opening the addressee is engulfed in relaxing sounds of summer ocean waves. The advertised IT process optimization seminar could have similar effects. When implemented, the concepts introduced at the seminar would save time that could be used for a vacation. The link to the seminar was hidden under a scratch-off. The number of enrolments resulting from this directmail campaign exceeded the clients expectations. Client returned to EDC many times since.
