Process 0: Database hygiene and graphic design
We provide IT services in accordance with all the principles of database hygiene, which is crucial in the process of creating effective marketing campaigns. We verify data by address, clean duplicates, optimise for postal operators (Polish Post, Speedmail, German Post, Austrian Post, Slovak Post, Czech Post, Hungarian Post, Romanian Post, etc.). When optimising databases, we sort and group data packages and generate postal documentation according to the guidelines of each operator.
Our services also include: gender determination based on the recipient’s Personal ID Number or first name, generation of unique passwords, links or other strings for projects, preparation of bases for subcontractors (e.g. personalisation of cards). Our experienced team of graphic designers and marketers will also tailor a suitable campaign concept and design.

Process 1: Printing
We have been present on the market for 30 years. This has allowed us to accumulate a great deal of experience and knowledge in all printing techniques. In order to meet the requirements of high-volume productions, our company is professionally equipped with state-of-the-art multi-station offset and flexographic machines.
We understand that our customers’ needs are diverse. That’s why we also have high- and low-volume digital machines that provide print quality comparable to offset. Depending on the project requirements, we can also use screen printing and large-format digital printing.

Process 2: Personalisation
We personalise as many as 6 million documents per day. We offer comprehensive personalisation including ink-jet and laser techniques, in black and white and colour. We carry out roll, sheet, single- and double-sided personalisation. We personalise content on letters, flyers, inserts, transfer orders, lottery tickets, multilayer blanks – on any raw material. We insert variable content according to the customer’s specifications and guidelines.
We also personalise graphic elements, using variable images (e.g. product photos), 1D, 2D codes, among others. We prepare visuals of the personalisation for acceptance and verification of correctness by the client in a convenient pdf format. Thanks to our advanced technologies and flexible approach, we deliver perfectly tailored solutions, ensuring high campaign effectiveness and personalisation.

Process 3: Finishing
Finishing is a key stage of paper processing, during which we give the paper its final shape and finish. We offer comprehensive services: cutting, creasing, perforating, folding, labelling, picking and collating, die-cutting, sewing and gluing. Thanks to our state-of-the-art machinery, we can also refine materials, for example by foil lamination or gilding.
The use of advanced technology and our extensive experience allow us to carry out virtually any project with the utmost precision. We also prepare inserts for further processes such as packaging, inserting into envelopes and packing into parcels, ready for distribution. We guarantee the highest quality at every stage of production.

Process 4: Insertion
Inserting, including enveloping, is a key process. At this stage, the various items are inserted into envelopes of varying formats. Maximum efficiency is ensured by our modern machines. We are able to insert up to a dozen items at a time and automatically seal the envelopes, ensuring precision and express execution.
We also offer foiling, which is the ideal choice for projects with 3D elements or which require cost optimisation, as well as complete packaging and wrapping of products. The technologies we use and our experienced team allow us to handle the most complex orders with a capacity of more than 3 million packages per day. In doing so, we guarantee punctuality and the highest quality.

Process 5: Distribution
By handling a large number of shipments on a daily basis, we offer our customers preferential prices from distributors, often lower than what they could obtain directly. Our distribution services are flexible and tailored to individual needs. They include cooperation with the Polish Post, private postal operators, international operators and courier and forwarding companies.
We have our own postal terminal, which allows us to process parcels quickly. Thanks to our extensive partner network, we ensure timely and reliable deliveries in both domestic and international markets.
