E-commerce packaging with automatic bottom

About the Project

Auto-bottom boxes are a great way to streamline the packaging process. Their quick and intuitive folding saves time while increasing efficiency in both storage and shipping. Once folded, the packages are flat and take up little space, which further optimizes storage space.

This solution is ideal for companies conducting online sales. The cartons have a perforation around the zip tape, which makes it easier to open without the risk of damaging the packaging. This allows customers to easily use the same carton when returning goods, which increases convenience and supports the idea of reuse.

We offer cartons in different sizes with individual printing.

The picture shows an example of our customer’s production in an internal format of 220 x 150mm x 120mm, with printing in two colours on the outside and inside of the packaging. Grey wave B cardboard with a weight of 435 was used for the production.
