E-commerce store for Radio357

About the Project

An e-commerce project for Radio357 created on the WordPress platform using WooCommerce, including comprehensive online sales support. Integration with courier systems, online payments, invoicing, and automatic communication with customers via e-mails has been implemented.

The solution consisted of two platforms: BOX, where gadgets were sold in a pre-order system, and KAWA, where radio fans could order branded coffee with the Radio357 logo.

They were designed to simplify the purchasing process as much as possible and make it easier for the Radio357 team to manage orders. Automating key elements – from payments, through logistics, to customer contact – has reduced the labor intensity of daily operations and increased buyer satisfaction.
