Fundraising mailing with magazine

About the Project

Commissioned printing of materials based on the client’s entrusted files. The main element of the direct mailing was the Planeta magazine, which the client broadcasts several times a year. The magazine, in A5 format, was packed into a C5 envelope made from recycled paper. The use of eco-friendly raw materials in printing is standard for this client.

Detailed specification of the mailing below:

• A4 letter (210×297), paper: Recystar Polar 90g, simplex black personalisation, folding of letter to A5 format,
• brochure – 20 pages, paper: Nautilus, Super White 100g, white 100% recycled paper, saddle stitching, print: 4/4, Format (open size) A4, Format (closed size) A5,
• C5 envelope (229×162), 80g recycled paper, Overprint: Quantity:1/0 without address window, INK JET personalisation of address data on the envelope, Envelope with matching two items to a C5 envelope.

Printing/production of materials, personalisation of envelopes and letters, folding, inserting with matching and sorting of base and preparation for mailing on our side.
