Implementation of an e-commerce project – store, printing, service
About the Project
We completed a comprehensive e-commerce project for our client, which included creating an online store, printing books, and managing the entire sales process.
The first step in the implementation was to create a landing page in the form of a simple e-commerce store, through which customers can purchase the book “Journalist’s Diary”. On our side, there were graphic design, IT work, integrating the store with payment providers and courier services, invoicing, and graphic design. The store’s promotional area was on the customer’s side. The site is built on WordPress using WooCommerce. It is clear and intuitive, making it easy and quick for customers to go through the entire purchasing process.
The project was completed in a short time because all the work was done by one team. IT operations, printing, and e-commerce were carried out in parallel and coordinated by a Project Manager, which ensured smooth communication and full control over the entire process.
E-commerce sales platform
As part of the online store construction, we have implemented:
- Designing and implementing a landing page,
- creating an e-commerce store,
- integration with online payments,
- integration with a courier company,
- billing configuration,
- graphic and technical work.
This allowed the client to receive a fully functional online store without having to engage several different suppliers.
Printing and online sales support
In addition to the above, we also took care of the implementation of the physical product and sales support:
- book printing,
- product storage,
- order packing and shipping,
- handling returns and complaints,
- operating a hotline for end customers.
This way, the entire e-commerce store operation works in one, coherent system. An e-commerce sales platform that combines a landing page, an online store, and a logistics backend has been created. This solution works particularly well where fast sales launch and a simple purchasing process for the user are important.
A key element of the entire model is a simple and convenient invoicing system. EDC issues invoices for sales, and the customer receives from us an income statement minus the previously agreed-upon value of our services. This way, the customer doesn’t have to get involved in operations, run a store, settle sales, or contact buyers.
