Letters from Santa

A campaign prepared and carried out on behalf of the Dajemy Dzieciom Siłę Foundation. The subject of the order was the handling and dispatch of ‘Letters from Father Christmas’ on strictly specified dates. This consisted of printing letters and envelopes on demand, manual enveloping with matching and forwarding for distribution.

We first designed the letters for the client in several Christmas layouts. During the implementation of the campaign, lead time was a challenge. The handover of letters for dispatch took place even in a few hours after receiving the base on which the personalisation, printing, enveloping and delivery to the post office took place. And all in one day!

In this implementation, the deep personalisation of the letters is worth highlighting. The mailing was sent in three batches during the hectic pre-Christmas period. It was important to ensure that the letters arrived on schedule.
