How do you attract attention in a world saturated with advertising messages? Skoda opted for a form that immediately stands out in the recipient’s inbox.
The format of the mailing is based on a die-cut case with a cut-out outline of a car silhouette. The moving insert encourages the user to open it and increases engagement.
The campaign slogan ‘Yeti thrills’ is subversive but understandable. It introduces the world of adventure and at the same time promotes the ŠKODA Yeti model – a modern SUV with an urban and outdoor character. The content of the letter combines specifics (features of the car) with a narrative that encourages “adventure” – i.e. a test drive and participation in the promotion.
A personalised loyalty coupon with a dedicated link is also included. The mailing thus takes the recipient to the online world – to a personalised configurator, accessible by entering a unique code. This is not only an invitation to immediate action, but also a tool for further contact and relationship building – already in a digital environment, fully measurable and engaging.
