Mailing with seeds

Direct fundraising mailing in a C5 envelope with a seed sachet gadget. This is a very good gadget because it works on the level of several senses of the recipient: sight, touch and hearing. It can be felt through the envelope, makes sounds when shaking it and evokes positive emotions. In this case it was cress seeds enclosed in an 85 x 85 mm bag, but seeds of other plants can also be used in this type of mailing.

The mailing packaging was a C5 envelope with a window for machine enveloping. The printing was done on a preprinted envelope – in other words, it was a so-called reprinted envelope. Inside was a personalised letter and a so-called payment slip – i.e. a DL-format payment slip – which was also personalised (perso simplex black). An additional element was a folder in DL closed format, which allowed more of the fundraising message to be conveyed.

Machine enveloping of four items with matching (letter, payment slip, folder, seed) into a C5 envelope was also part of the service.
