Direct mail fundraising as a thank you for a donation. The package consists of an envelope, a letter, and a Christmas card.

Such mailings are usually concise in form due to their nature. Thank you letter is a thank-you list, which is an element of building relationships, not sales. Its purpose is to emotionally close the support process and strengthen the donor’s loyalty.

It often also serves as a summary of the last collection, which is why it remains simple and direct — usually in the form of a letter in an envelope, sometimes supplemented by a small addition, such as a greeting card.

In this implementation, it is also worth noting the eco-friendly raw materials used to print the direct mail. These are elements that further confirm the foundation’s values.
