About the Project

The thank you to the donors was prepared in a unique and creative way, which aimed to stand out from the standard parcels. The envelope in C6/5 format was made from a sheet of chalk paper weighing 130 g/m2, which gave it a luxurious character.

The inside of the parcel was a letter that not only stood out for its personalization, but also for its unusual shape – a heart–shaped element symbolizing gratitude to donors. The letter was printed on thicker chalk paper weighing 200 grams, which gave it the right rigidity and elegance. The double–sided printing made full use of the space.

The whole thing stood out not only visually, but also in touch, which is especially important in direct mailings. The thicker raw materials used for printing made the recipient immediately feel the difference compared to standard shipments. Such mailing not only attracts the eye thanks to an interesting graphic design, but also leaves a lasting impression, both through form and quality of workmanship. The punched heart was a symbol of gratitude, and the choice of raw materials and unusual design showed exceptional attention to detail, which certainly built positive associations with donors.
