Transactional mailing consisting of a DL envelope with a window and a letter. It is worth paying attention to the green print on the envelope, which emphasizes the eco-friendly nature of the shipment. The message included in the mailing encourages the recipient to forgo paper invoices in favor of electronic versions, thereby promoting a more sustainable and environmentally friendly approach to document handling.

This is an example of mailing that provides essential transactional information, such as an invoice, but also educates the recipient and motivates them to take pro-environmental action. As a result, in addition to fulfilling the primary purpose of the correspondence, the company can actively support its CSR strategy by raising the recipient’s awareness about environmental protection.
