About the Project

An example of transpromo direct mailing, which combines transactional communication with marketing communication. This means that we use classic correspondence with an invoice or statement to send additional information educating the customer or informing about changes in legal regulations. This can be educational or sales content, promoting a specific product or service.

In this example, a shipment in DL format included an invoice and additional information materials to support the new tools offered by our client. As a result, the sender not only provided transactional data, but also educated their audiences, increasing their awareness of key functional changes.

The transpromo direct mailing presented is also a cross-campaign in which two senders combined their activities in one package. In addition to the invoice, an offer from a related industry partner was added. As a result, the shipping costs were split between the two senders, which made the campaign more cost-effective.
