About the Project

Web application for generating and sending correspondence (e.g. invoices, debt collection, company correspondence, etc.) from the computer, optimizing the processes of communication with Customers.

The application allows you to generate correspondence, track completed mail shipments, access to the archive of sent letters and keep statistics such as the number of sent documents, lead time or efficiency of processes.

The application is based on PHP and the Laravel framework, which ensures its high performance and flexibility in handling communication processes. The backend of the system is also based on Laravel and the frontend has been realized using React, which enables dynamic management of user accounts, view shipping history and generate detailed reports.

Shipments are made using PHP technology from Dojo, which allows for fast and secure generation of correspondence. In addition, integration with Java Web Service ensures full compatibility with external systems, allowing automatic handling of shipping processes and real-time monitoring of document status.

EDC provides a service of printing generated correspondence, packaging and broadcasting at attractive prices.
