We have had two intense and inspiring days! The EDC team participated in the 17th International Fundraising Conference #PowerOfGiving, which took place on November 4-5 in Krakow. This is one of the most important events in Poland dedicated to fundraising, communication, and building relationships with donors.
This year’s edition gathered over 170 participants from all over the country. Thirty speakers from Poland and abroad took the stage to share their experience, inspiration, and examples of effective fundraising activities.
Participants could learn, among other things:
💡 Who is the Polish donor and why is he helping?
💡 How to engage volunteers, friends, and businesses?
💡 How to save time and money using modern tools?
💡 How to transition from working in a small organization without feeling inferior?
Among the speakers was also our representative, Marcin Góral, who gave a presentation on non-standard forms of fundraising.
The speech was met with a very positive response. The participants praised the practical approach, inspiring examples of direct mail campaigns, and specific, ready-to-implement tips.
Important moments were also not lacking. During the 17th Fundraising Conference, the winners of the most important competition for Polish fundraisers were announced for the first time. Natalia Zdrojewska (Pomagam.pl) was named the Best Fundraiser 2025. The POCIECHA Children’s Aid Foundation was also honored for the “Swap a Package for a Warm Meal for a Child” campaign.
A nice touch was the presentation of membership diplomas to new companies that joined PSF, including EDC.
Inspiring conversations, new and renewed relationships, and a lot of laughter during the group photo session – that was the atmosphere of the whole event. For our team, this is not only an inspiring experience, but also an opportunity to meet clients and partners with whom we collaborate on printing and materials supporting fundraising activities.
We are grateful to the Polish Fundraising Association, led by Robert Kawałko, for the opportunity to participate in this event and for the atmosphere that really motivates further cooperation. 💚
